Our instructors are certified and vetted through the US State Department, US Department of Defense, Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program, Department of Homeland Security, Law Enforcement Academies, and private organizations across the United States.
Mr. Hillis brings over 20 years of teaching and operational experience to Alexander Global Strategies, Inc.
Bryan was fortunate to have a diverse Law Enforcement career for over 15 years and served in a variety of positions to include, Patrol, Criminal Investigations, SWAT Team Leader, Team Commander, overseeing and managing all department training, and ultimately the Assistant Chief in Charge of Criminal Investigations and Special Operations.
For over a decade, Bryan has planned, lead and managed protection details during high profile events in the United States and in Central and South America. Bryan has extensive experience working directly with US Government officials, foreign government officials, CEOs, celebrities, and Fortune 100/500 companies, during global events.
On the training side, Bryan was selected and vetted as an instructor for the US Diplomatic Security Service/Anti-Terrorism Assistance Training Program. After being made a part of a team tasked with training foreign countries in the Protection of their National Leadership, Bryan deployed to the Middle East where he trained a Middle Eastern Presidential Protective Detail in the areas of Firearms, Motorcade Operations, Defensive Tactics, and Protective Operations along with various other Anti-Terrorism topics.
Additionally, for over 15 years Bryan has taught and led exercises in various areas to include firearms, combatives, close quarter battle, tactical mobility, and other high risk tactics, techniques and procedures to members of the US Special Operations community, along with Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement officers from all over the country.
Bryan is also a Certified Violence Prevention Specialist and Certified Security and Vulnerability Assessment Specialist through the American Crime Prevention Institute. He also has successfully competed training through the Department of Homeland Security regarding Risk Management, Threat and Vulnerability Assessments, National Infrastructure Protection Plan (NIPP), Incident Command, Facility Security Level Determinations for Federal Infrastructure, Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CIKR), and the Automated Critical Asset Management System (ACAMS). In addition to training courses, Bryan holds a BS Degree from Carson Newman University (Jefferson City, Tennessee) and an Associate Degree from Brevard College (Brevard, North Carolina).
Mr. Patty brings over 2 decades of operational and instructional experience to AGS. Jerrod is responsible for all protective operations oversight, client relationships and development of new protection programs and contracts. Jerrod has the unique ability to blend client personal preferences while maintaining flexible protection strategies.
Jerrod was selected and assigned to the close protection team for the Governor of a Midwestern State, where he has traveled extensively throughout the United States acting as both Shift Leader and Agent in Charge. Jerrod has over 10 years of experience leading and managing large high profile protection details throughout the United States and overseas for foreign dignitaries, members of fortune 100 and 500 companies, along with celebrities and athletes.
In 1994, Jerrod enlisted in the United States Air Force. While with the Air Force, Jerrod served as a member of the Security Forces Community and worked in numerous high threat environments, to include multiple locations throughout the Middle East. Jerrod was selected to perform close protection duties and armed escorts for high ranking military officials, VIPs, and foreign dignitaries, Jerrod has also conducted surveillance/counter surveillance missions with O.S.I.
Dr. Trentini completed his specialty training in Emergency Medicine at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. During that time, he was a tactical emergency physician for the local SWAT teams and supported high risk warrant service with the Dayton Narcotics bureau. In addition to his responsibilities at AGS, he is currently the medical director for a rescue organization, providing oversight of the medical protocols and ensuring combat readiness of special operation medics. Dr. Trentini is also an instructor for many courses to include Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Wilderness Life Support, and Tactical Emergency Medicine Support. He is actively involved as a SWAT physician with local and federal law enforcement.
I am currently in my 13th year of working in the risk management field. I have had the pleasure of working alongside Bryan Hillis and Alexander Global Strategies.
