Bryan Hillis brings over 20 years of extensive operational and instructional experience to Alexander Global Strategies, Inc., with a distinguished background in law enforcement, executive protection, and global security operations.

With more than 15 years in law enforcement, Bryan served in a variety of key positions, including Patrol Officer, Criminal Investigator, SWAT Team Leader, and Team Commander. His career culminated in his role as Assistant Chief in Charge of Criminal Investigations and Special Operations, where he managed department-wide training and oversaw critical operations. This diverse background laid the foundation for his expertise in tactical planning, crisis management, and leadership in high-pressure environments.

For over a decade, Bryan has led and managed executive protection details during high-profile events in the North America and across Central and South America, Europe, and the Caribbean. His extensive experience includes collaborating with U.S. government officials, foreign dignitaries, CEOs, celebrities, and Fortune 100/500 companies during global events. His professionalism and meticulous planning have made him a trusted expert in ensuring the safety and security of high-profile clients.

On the training front, Bryan was selected and vetted as an instructor for the U.S. Diplomatic Security Service/Anti-Terrorism Assistance Training Program. In this role, he deployed to the Middle East, where he trained a presidential protective detail in firearms, motorcade operations, defensive tactics, and protective operations, as well as various anti-terrorism strategies. His work has significantly contributed to enhancing the security capabilities of foreign national leadership teams.

In addition to his global experience, Bryan has spent over 15 years training members of the U.S. Special Operations community, as well as federal, state, and local law enforcement officers nationwide. He has led advanced exercises in firearms, combatives, close-quarter battle, tactical mobility, and other high-risk tactics and techniques, establishing himself as a leader in security and tactical training.

Bryan is also a Certified Violence Prevention Specialist and a Certified Security and Vulnerability Assessment Specialist through the American Crime Prevention Institute. He has completed advanced training with the Department of Homeland Security in Risk Management, Threat and Vulnerability Assessments, Critical Infrastructure Protection, and Incident Command. His qualifications include expertise in the National Infrastructure Protection Plan (NIPP), Facility Security Level Determinations, and the Automated Critical Asset Management System (ACAMS).

In addition to his professional credentials, Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Carson Newman University. His comprehensive experience, advanced certifications, and dedication to excellence position him as a leader in corporate security, executive protection, and specialized training for high-risk environments.
